As I previously stated, fitness is something that we must maintain for a long time. If you compare yourself to people your age who do not exercise, you will notice that you have always been so young, while others have aged. People who exercise have excellent physical fitness. Fitness can improve personal immunity and resistance, as well as strengthen your physique, so that your physical fitness improves over time. People who do not exercise will only age.
