As a beginner, you should be aware of three painless barbell exercise methods that will make you fall in love with barbell exercise.
1. Before using dumbbells, select the appropriate weight.
2. The goal of the exercise is to build muscle. Dumbbells with a load of 65%–85% are recommended. For example, if the load that can be lifted each time is 10 kg, you should exercise with a dumbbell weighing 6.5 kg–8.5 kg. Every day, practice 5-8 groups, with each group moving 6–12 times. The movement speed should not be too fast, and the interval between each group should be 2-3 minutes. The effect will be negative if the load is too large or too small and the interval time is too long or too short.
3. The goal of the exercise is to burn fat. It is recommended that each group be performed 15–25 times or more, with an interval of 1-2 minutes between each group. If you find this type of exercise boring, try it with your favorite music or do dumbbell aerobics while listening to music.
